I have a client who is running SharpDesk 3.3 on 5 computers. The two Windows 10 computers seem to reliably scan to the Desk Top. However, the other three are running Windows 7 Service Pack 1. After installing SharpDesk they scan successfully but overtime.

What is Sharpdesk Desktop?
Sharpdesk Desktop is a program from Sharp Electronics Corporation that provides the user with a document management utility. The software is integrated with a set of tools that allow for editing, processing, browsing and sharing of electronic documents.
The program’s GUI (Graphical User Interface) provides the user with two windows: one for browsing for documents, and one for viewing the documents. One the left side of the main window are two panels, one each for the browser and the viewer. The browser panel provides the user with access to their document folders located on the computer; while the viewer panel provides the user with the document name and page/s of the file currently being viewed.
On the viewing window, the user can arrange document pages by dragging each page and organizing them in the order that they prefer. Documents can be displayed in thumbnail view. The program is able to recognize a range of file formats including Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), as well as image files like BMP, TIFF and JPEG.
